Part Two
I surveyed 5 students to gather insights on their awareness and potential use of Campus Health's urgent care services. Of the students surveyed, 3 were aware that Campus Health offers urgent care, while 1 was not aware, and 1 was somewhat aware. In terms of usage, 2 students reported rarely using campus health services (1-2 times a year), 2 occasionally (3- 5 times a year), and 1 never. When asked if they would use urgent care services for minor injuries or illnesses, 4 students responded "Yes, definitely," while 1 student said "Maybe," depending on cost. Factors influencing their decision to use on-campus urgent care services included location (5 students), cost (4 students), wait time (3 students), quality of care (2 students), and familiarity with sta? (1 student). Regarding preferred communication methods, 3 students preferred social media, and 2 preferred emails. Finally, all 5 students rated affordable healthcare options on campus as "Very important."

From this research, I learned that there is a moderate level of awareness about Campus Health’s urgent care services, with some students being only somewhat informed. Most students are open to using these services, especially if they are convenient, affordable, and have a reasonable wait time. Location and cost emerged as the most important factors in their decision-making process. Additionally, social media is the preferred method for receiving health service information, which suggests a need for stronger engagement on platforms that students already use.
The results of this survey will directly influence the marketing plan by highlighting the need to improve awareness about the availability of urgent care services on campus. I will focus on emphasizing the convenience of the location and the affordability of the services, given these were the most influential factors for students. Furthermore, given the preference for social media communication, I will prioritize promoting services through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter to effectively reach the student population. Finally, I will consider offering cost transparency to appeal to students who may hesitate to use the service due to financial concerns.
