Two Media Exposure Ideas
1. Campus Health Day
2. Brand Ambassador Program
Hosting a “Campus Health Day” would be a fun and engaging way to introduce our urgent care service to students while providing something valuable at no cost. At this event, we’d have things like free wellness checks, mental health resources, and even free first-aid kits. Our team from urgent care would be there to answer questions, give quick health advice, and show students how our service can be helpful. To get the word out, we’d promote the event through campus social media, bulletin boards, and student groups. We could even invite local news stations to cover it and showcase our efforts to
keep students healthy. This approach is all about building trust and making our urgent care service feel like a friendly and familiar resource on campus. Plus, having free stuff is always a bonus, and it helps students see our service as a place they’d actually want to visit when theyneed help.
"Providing something valuable at no cost."

Example of what a brand ambassador would do for us by recording videos and telling everyone about the Urgent Care Services.
A brand ambassador program would help us build a stronger connection with students by
working with student influencers who already have a big presence on social media. These
ambassadors could post about their own experiences with our urgent care service, sharing things
like why they trust it, health tips, or student discounts we offer. Because these ambassadors are
their peers, students are more likely to pay attention and see our urgent care as relatable and
trustworthy. This strategy keeps us in students’ social feeds without feeling like a traditional ad. Since the
ambassadors are part of their everyday online world, it’s a natural way to keep our service in
mind. They could also help promote events like Campus Health Day, making sure students see
our service as an important and convenient part of campus life.
