Social Media Plan
First Social Media Platform: TikTok
Let’s be real: TikTok is the place to be. Everyone’s on it, and it’s perfect for creating quick, entertaining videos that grab attention. It’s also super easy to go viral if we hit the right vibe with our content. For example, we could make funny skits about why students might need urgent care or quick videos showing how fast and easy it is to book a telemedicine appointment. TikTok is all about being fun and relatable, which is exactly what we need to connect with students.

Second Social Media Platform: Instagram
Instagram is a great combo of casual and professional, so it’s perfect for keeping our brand legit while still being approachable. We can use Stories for quick health tips or updates, Reels for more creative content like behind-the-scenes videos, and posts for promotions like the “first-visit discount.” Plus, Instagram’s DM feature makes it easy for students to ask questions or interact with us directly. It’s a great way to stay connected with students on a more personal level.
